What is a Physiotherapist?
A Physiotherapist specialises in diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal
conditions involving bones, joints, muscles, and sports injuries.
Physiotherapists also specialise in other areas such as neurology or respiratory
conditions.
Do I need a referral from a doctor/GP to see you?
No, you can directly schedule an appointment without a referral from your GP or
Consultant.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Please bring any relevant medical reports or information related to your
concern. Wear appropriate clothing that allows access to the affected area.
Does My Child Need An Adult Present?
For children under 16 years old, we require an adult to accompany them during
appointments.
How do I pay?
We accept payment via card, cash, or BACS transfer.
Using private health insurance
Prior to your appointment, kindly obtain and provide your membership number and
authorization code. We require clients to pay upfront for sessions and provide
necessary receipts/invoices for insurance claims.
What if I can’t make my booked appointment?
If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible. Appointments cancelled
with more than 24 hours’ notice incur no charge. Please note that missed
appointments or those cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in
a full appointment fee charge.
